You agree to the following terms upon purchasing from here:

(1) هذا شراء رقمي للبضائع غير الملموسة ولن يتم شحن أي عنصر مادي إليك 

(1) This is a digital purchase of intangible goods and no physical item will be shipped to you.

(2) أنت تدفع ثمن رمز الترخيص الرقمي في قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بنا للعنصر المحدد الذي حددته

(2) You are paying for a digital license code in our database for the specific item you selected.

(3) يمكننا التوقف عن بيع مفاتيح الترخيص دون أي بيان مكتوب أو إشعار مسبق. 

(3) We can stop selling the license keys without any written statement or prior notice.

(4) جميع المبيعات نهائية ونحن لا نقبل أو إجراء أي رد. يرجى طرح أي سؤال قد ترغب في طرحه ، على خلاف قبل الشراء. 

(4) All sales are final and we don’t accept or perform any refund. Please ask any question you might want to ask, on discord before you buy.

(5) أنت تشتري عنصرًا افتراضيًا ولن ترسل معاملة غير مصرح بها أو نزاع أو مطالبة أو أي شيء متعلق. لقد استلمت عنصرك الافتراضي ، وبالتالي فأنت غير مؤهل لاسترداد أموالك المرسلة بعد عملية شراء ناجحة. 

(5) You are buying a virtual item and will not send an unauthorized transaction, dispute, claim or anything related. You have received your virtual item, therefore you are not eligible to retrieve your money sent after a successful purchase.

(6) لا يمكننا أن نتحمل المسؤولية عن عدم القدرة على استخدام التطبيق بسبب تعطل برامج الطرف الثالث أو أي أخطاء أخرى. 

(6) We cannot be held responsible for the inability to use the application due to the downtime of third party software or any other errors.

(7) لا يجوز لك استخدام العنصر بأي طريقة غير قانونية أو بطريقة يمكن أن تنتهك حقوق الطرف الثالث. إذا قمت بذلك ، فسيحدث ذلك على مسؤوليتك الخاصة. 

(7) You shall not use the item in any illegal way or in a way that could violate any third-party rights. If you do so, it will happen on your own responsibility.

(8) لا يجوز لك استخدام العنصر بالطريقة التي من شأنها أن تلحق الضرر بالأطراف الثالثة و (أو) المطور أثناء استخدام العنصر. إذا قمت بذلك ، فسيحدث ذلك على مسؤوليتك الخاصة.

(8) You shall not use the item in the way that would harm third parties and (or) the developer during the use of the item. If you do so, it will happen on your own responsibility.

(9) لا يجوز لك استخدام العنصر بطريقة تنتهك متطلبات سلطات الدولة وأصحاب الحقوق في الملكية وحقوق الملكية. إذا قمت بذلك ، فسيحدث ذلك على مسؤوليتك الخاصة. 

(9) You shall not use the item in the way as to violate the requirements of state authorities and right holders of property and non-property rights. If you do so, it will happen on your own responsibility.

(10) لسنا ملزمين بإبلاغك بالتغييرات التي تطرأ على “شروط الخدمة” الخاصة بنا. 

(10) We are not obliged to inform you of changes in our ‘Terms of Service’.
